The King of Lizards in Jerusalem
August 20, 2016
Guillermo Modo travelled to the holy city of Jerusalem for a first-hand glimpse at this mammalian religious territory of historical importance.
To Guillermo, the most puzzling aspect of the various human religions was their inhumanity towards each other's members. People have been killing each other for centuries in the name of their own group's ethnocentric beliefs about intangible phenomenon within our universe.

According to some estimates there are roughly 4,200 religions on planet earth.

With 7.5 billion people on this planet, the humans need to get their shit together and start embracing each other's differences instead of self-destructing in the name of them.

Aamina the camel offered some advice passed down through the their lineage for centuries. "Make the best of your current situation, be thankful, happy, and ready for opportunity to present itself."

So Guillermo decided to take in some balming desert sun rays and enjoy the views.

Then it was time for a cool dip in the Dead Sea. Modo relaxed in the buoyant waters, got caked in healthy mineral mud, and browsed the Jerusalem Post newspaper.

Finally Guillermo's journey had come to a close. He dropped off his friend Taylor from Vegas at the gift shop and scurried aboard the next plane home. The blessings of the Holy Land would soon be put to use by the King of Lizards with the arrival of a new Prince of Humans.
