Conservatory of Flowers Lizard Visit
August 31, 2015
The King of Lizards loves humidity, plants, and exotic flowers. What better place to find all three within San Francisco's foggy climate than the Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park!

86° degrees fahrenheit, nearly 60% humidity.

This makes Guillermo a happy lizard! He rolls around amidst the soothing bark and luscious ferns.

Peering down at the passersby, the Komodo Dragon uses his tail to belay off the towering orchids above.

From here the view is gorgeous! Gazing into the ripples below, Guillermo contemplates the meaning of life as a magical toy lizard. The rythmns on the surface cast the King of Lizards into a trance, reminding him of the Lizard Land Alliance's chants and his favorite plant...

Jungle Drum!

Guillermo shows much sympathy towards this stone person, for he knows well the pains of becoming transformed into an inanimate object.

Although... Modo does enjoy the ability to ride lily pads. Something he could have never endulged in as a full-scale Komodo Dragon.

Now for a splash of deliciously captured drinking water.

What a great day at the Conservatory of Flowers for the King of Lizards.
